The concept architect is Paul Noritaka Tange, renowned Creator of Skyscrapers from Tange Associates, Tokyo.  One of the more famous project done was The Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower in Tokyo.  In Singapore, they have designed One Raflles Place, The Rochester, Orchard Gateway, The Pinnacle Collection (Sentosa) and The Linear Condominium, just to name a few.

Easy access to public transport, with Marymount MRT at around 200 m away.  Effectively, it is very convenient to get to 4 MRT Lines; Circle Line, North South Line, future Thomson East Coast Line and Cross Island Line.

Drivers will be delighted to know that Jadescape is well connected to PIE, CTE and the future North South Corridor.

Jadescape is close to many distinguished schools, such as Ai Tong Primary School, Catholic High School, Raffles Institution and Raffles Girls’ School.

Nature lovers and picnic lovers will thrilled at the convenient of getting to MacRitchie Reservoir Park.  In fact, it is anticipated that some units will get will have stunning views of MacRitchie reservoir.

There is a Shufu Mart Food Centre with great Fried Kuay Teow at Lai Heng, Hakka Delicacies at Mei Zhen and Chicken Rice at Leong Hainanese.  Slightly further along Upper Thomson Road, there is a spectrum of food choices open till late night , from Prata, Local Delights, Tim Sum to Burger, French Dining, Japanese Food.

A short drive to Ang Mo Kio, a HDB area with possibly the most coffee shops and hawker centres, provided a bounteous local food selections.  Bishan is another nearby location with plenty of eateries. 

 

We were fortunate to stay in a Condo near Jadescape for a few years.  Being used to East Singapore, we were sightly apprehensive to stay in this corner of Upper Thomson.  Very surprisingly, it was indeed convenient and a great pleasure

It was quite easy to get to:

- Toa Payoh via Toa Payoh Rise

- Holland Road, Orchard, Bukit Timah via Lornie Road

- Novena and Newton via Thomson Road

- Tan Tock Seng Hospital (for Emergencies)
