There was an increase of over 158% on price of new apartment sales in District 9 and 10 from March 2009 at $1,196 psf to Jun 2018 at $3,088 psf over a period of around 9 years.
Prices continue to break record. In June 2018, Park House, a freehold District 10 was sold for $375.5m translating to $2,910 psf ppr. In April 2018, a 99 year leasehold Government Land Sales was transacted at $2,377 psf ppr and experts are estimating a selling price in between $3,500 psf to $3,700 psf.
